Growth is very slow and may take a a lot of years to get promoted. Applications don’t work fine at all in fact nothing works fine here! There is politics everywhere and people don’t share ideas as they worry if someone may supersede them

There is nothing to like now about working at Histogenetics India Private Limited given the management.

When i joined Histogenetics as a fresher, the work environment was nice. Our Vice President was very encouraging and supportive. But ever since he left for US office and the QC manager became the project manager, he thinks himself to be the boss of Histogenetics India. And the worst thing is the way they are tracking projects on JIRA. They are using it as an attendance record system where every employee has to log 8 hours everyday before leaving. If it goes below 8 hours, he/she has to give an explanation. This is no less than the script of a comedy film. Over the last 6 months management has become the worst with no proper documentation approach, no proper estimation and utter chaos.It's good for one to not work in such a clumsy environment.

Not much to learn. It is a company run by kids in shape of adults. Most of the leadership incapable and is reactive to everything. There is no planning and everything is done as per need basis(urgent)
