Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

The only likeable thing this company has is providing salary in time.

Dislikes

1) Ratio of Work to compensation. Made to do 1000 of rupees worth work, for few pennies. 2) Some of the most orthodox managers here, with work style so unoriginal that you'll start questioning your own capabilities. 3) Over-usage of the word "logic", with not even a pinch of it being used at any task. 4) Unequal task distributions. 5) No clear communication of policies. 6) ABSURD POLICIES.
