1) Ratio of Work to compensation. Made to do 1000 of rupees worth work, for few pennies. 2) Some of the most orthodox managers here, with work style so unoriginal that you'll start questioning your own capabilities. 3) Over-usage of the word "logic", with not even a pinch of it being used at any task. 4) Unequal task distributions. 5) No clear communication of policies. 6) ABSURD POLICIES.

They should give chance to take action as they give only position not giving any authority to take a action
