The only likeable thing this company has is providing salary in time.

1) Ratio of Work to compensation. Made to do 1000 of rupees worth work, for few pennies. 2) Some of the most orthodox managers here, with work style so unoriginal that you'll start questioning your own capabilities. 3) Over-usage of the word "logic", with not even a pinch of it being used at any task. 4) Unequal task distributions. 5) No clear communication of policies. 6) ABSURD POLICIES.

I am grateful to have this opportunity to work with hisoa family. All team was always encouragement during this tenure. I will be always grateful to have mentor like Xavier sir who has been a great support for all this time. I was lucky to have a great team along with
