Salary and appraisal rating is very poor with a lot of caste politics. Zero work life balance. Manager is not good in people management. Degrades morale of employee every single time. Onsite opportunity is also less.

Work stress, No career growth, no opportunity to grow They think we are only resources like computer Poor man power planing schedule respect to project Culture, policy management completely not good Very poor work life balance you should need to work compulsory more than 55 hours per week This is desk jobs only no travel required They doing Caste politics is more and more they recurring only their cast people only

Lot of Good leadersship people there like ps sir, senthil v & d, Sathish Kumar and Anand manikam sirs. But HR is not good.

If we put any query to HR about our manager, HR Kavitha will directly shares with our manager and we will get back fire 🔥 on sure. Hard and fast rules. What are all my statement is true and my own experience. Always want us to treat as slavery.
