Hirexa has a healthy and positive working environment. Work culture here helps us to grow professionally and personally. Inter and intra departments here are like one family members. Management is always willing to help employees and very down to earth. They are always in direct touch with all the levels of employees. They believe in employee strength, knowledge and always motivate employees to show and prove their strength for the growth of their career and as well as for the company growth.

There is nothing to dislike in Hirexa and nothing makes you work in Hirexa too. I joined here as a fresher and completed 2 years. Great place to learn.

the CEO's think they know everything and they do not take any suggestions from anyone.

Dislikes

great employees but organization culture is very bad. CEO's don't listen to your suggestions. they are always right and they watch you every min on CCTV, i had to wait outside office for 4 hours waiting for meeting them which was already scheduled the day before.
