Salary is never posted on Time. Laid off 350 ppl at once and have not settled the FNF for more than 2 months now. No vision, HR team really doesn't help, Completely manipulative and fake promises everytime.

Nothing at all Hirect is the pathetic company I have ever seen my life. They havent paid their 100 employees since last 3 months now. Raj das the Co I pathetic. Finace team I pathetic.

Effective Hr software which was beneficial for the employees working from home. Earlier the incentive structure was really good like you can earn a few more bucks by extending your target.

... hour. I attended meetings around 9 in the night, plus there was no welcome kit. And mentioning the worst part, they haven't provided us with our 3,4-month salary and terminated us on a normal call and have not even responded to emails and messages regarding the remuneration. Earlier the reasons were financial instability and some issues and they requested us to be cooperative and we were but now there is no response from their end, even though they started hiring new people from their company.

...job security No learning No proper salary time Horrible Hindi people workspace They never pay your salary on time even sometimes they make 2 or 3months delay also. Mostly they will pay salary on 20th on every month they never pay on month start. They will make huge drama when it comes to salary they don't have proper hr. Every month on salary times hr and founders went somewhere after 15-20 days they will come will cool attitude

No pros at all. Nothing , Null. Just don't even think about joining this company.

Everything. Worst Management ever. They will not pay your salary and will fire you any day. Be very careful before joining here. It's actually a fraud company.
