Overall, this is a very good organization to start your career with. It is a recruitment consulting startup based out of Faridabad, and they offer a very flexible environment in terms of work-life balance. Overall, they offer a great scope of learning and support.

This is a startup and the behaviour of manager is very rude. All the time they say ‘Look for another option if you cant do it ‘’ Even after closures every month. Salary was not on time every month it was delayed by 10 days. Once they fired all team in one time jusy because of Manager’s Ego…..Like this no startup can run and they are playing with careers. NO JOB SECURITY
