Separation policy is too bad, No salary provided in notice period of 3 months + recovery to get our relieving letter. No career growth, only could get appraisals of 2k-3k.(maybe). Compensation and allowances are too week as compared to other companies.

Customer service There is no response for customer for asking fcl and soa . We are mostly funding village files ther are uneducated.to keep mail for soa and fcl.so every branch customer care office and required online app.for easy understanding way.like iffl Bajaj idfc app.
