Freedom to work, as long as you get in numbers nobody is bothered

Dislikes

Top management only cares about top and bottom line, employees don’t matter. During COVID they forced sales team to venture out without been concerned about their wellbeing, salary cuts without justification. HR is a myth here, mere puppet of top management and never cares about employee welfare.

There is nothing to like. The most abnoxious work culture full of racism , abuse and discrimination.

Dislikes

There are many ... abusive language of management, racial discrimination, pathetic and horrible group HR Manager. She is a pathetic person who knows nothing but just to please bosses. Have keralite dominance with zero capability and competency to work ..

Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
