Company is giving appraisal as per the viewing the efforts of the individual. Overall work culture is also quite good to work in an organisation.

...on of Diwali at least to individuals who visit store on that particular day. 2. If any individual is working 100% attendance to his/her job then must have option to get pay for his leaves incurred by him as it be a monetary motivation for an employee to work more for organisational rather to take unnecessary leave/holiday.

1.company should give Diwali greetings/gift for every employee. 2. employee must get pay for the leaves which are left at year end as is lead to motivation for individual to work more for an organisation. 3. Minimum criteria for monetary increment to be fix at the time of get any any of appraisals or promotions.

Nothing i like about hippo. They don't even have a proper sales system. I made a mistake to join this company i had a good offer from others. I thought i will have free hand to execute service but they don't give a shit.

Dislikes

You will not get anything when you join. Being a hippo they don't have joining kit and they expect we buy itself. No proper working system. Nobody understand concern. Worst Ta/Da policy.
