There is not even one thing which I liked in this Company. This was one of the worst decision I have ever taken to join this Company.

Dislikes

Absolutely no job security. Promoter removes employees as and when he likes including IIM Grads. When appraisal time comes, promoter says, your salary is too high and will ask you either to reduce or leave the Company. But he would be person who finalises salary of every candidate joining the Company. No scope for growth in business. Business model will get changed as and when he likes. No value given to employees. Treats employees like Paid Labour. You are understood as working only if you stay for long time in office. Does nt matter if you are not doing work while sitting late. Increments would be given for employees who does show off.. Not for employees who work for Company.
