Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

Career development is completely depended on HR Dept well & wish. No recognition of work.

Dislikes

There is a lot of policies and the management does n't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Dislikes

They will ensure that you will leave the company with in six moths. You can see people changing frequently. It's a family business and employees also bring their family. Vice president will appoint his brother as AGM, and stuffs like that.

Join with own risk. Even you will not get good water also. U have to pay your tea expenses 😀😀. No welfare and be careful with HR...don't see your CTC part consider only TAKE HOME . old fellows siting on Ur head even they don't know how to use Excel... .I know I wrote in like box since I want see more people 😁😁
