Salary as per the central government guidelines like Salary always deposits on the time

Dislikes

They don't provide me proper training and they ask me go to field. They don't provide proper information about products and it's costs. Even I don't get any kind of support.

...agement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every month.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign.

Growth is slow. The work pressure is high and compensation is decent i have to work 10-14 hours in a day all days late into the night

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
