Good for new joiner Different kinds of works to be done Raw data work with GST billing is good for a new comer Fixed shift i.e day shift for office staff

Dislikes

No Statutory benefit Like PF, ESI No Casual leave and Medical leave No work no pay system Only 10 holidays except Sunday .

I like the company as there is a prectical approach to learn Tally prime , accounts , Banking etc , stock control, drafting , email , etc.

Dislikes

There is a pot culture of Delay in payment of salary . No Statutory benefit like PF, esi , CL , appointment letter in the company . They shout to staff if minor mistakes arises ..Sometime they use slang words to staffs .
