Training is excellent. Job security is poor. Salary is excellent. Work environment is average. Oversll HZL is a good company for people who believe in learning, growth and sswitch over to another company after 2-3 years.

Dislikes

I was highly competent but couldn't grown up to my desired level due to some biased boss.

...y bad . Unnecessary Lot of work pressure any time. Retirement benefits very low.Monthly basic pay is also very .but i learnt a lot of .There is no job security, company may kick out any employee at any level at any time . Overall experience is very bad .

Dislikes

Very bad culture of working . office timings is also not comfortable. If HZL offers double package ,I dont want to work there .

Owner being scrap dealer, industrial culture is missing. Employees are considered as threat. Corporate lobby rules the company and good people are targated loosing job as owner listen to top lobby people. Culture have gone bad to worst after change in HR management. Performance appraisal system is an eye wash. Top grade perfomer may be asked to exit at any time.

They give a better compensation than most of the industries.

Dislikes

They don't have a healthy work culture, no job security, worst work life balance. You will not know where your career is going. They work on adoc basis and everything needs to be driven from top

Nothing much except salary & medicals covering parents too.

Poor , insecure & immature people at leadership positions, take things personally..certain maturity comes with age only. Poor HR appraisal policies, nothing left for you if C grade..which means consistent btw..no shares ,affets past 3 years shares too, no variables, no incentives..60% ought to get C as per bell curve.Only selected favored get all the extra perks.Rampant nepotism & favouritism. Too much paperwork, ppt in name of safety..for actual safety , no one cares..impractical approach.. No experienced person in middle hierarchy..after 18 years..probably 4- 5 years subordinates. No job security or preservation of self respect or respect & trust to employees..if you age beyond 40..better to leave it or be ready to get fired or serve below juniors. All in all, not at all a company worthy to stay for long..it will spoil your outlook of public trust & cooperation..continuous stress..you will get certain medical issues here for sure.
