...curity what so ever. Most of people recruited from nits and IITs are laid off. They will try to attract you with salary but only 50% CTC you'll get in-hand. You'll have to work 12hrs for 6days in a week. And working in plants has health concerns. Average lead contant in blood in employees is 70gpl and it should not exceed above 10 for anyone.

It's compensation and benefits are at par with other companies. It pays really well. It's accommodation facility is too good and all the services in colony is awesome. The management provide space to you for your ideas and growth.

Dislikes

Mostly it might happen that you will not get profile according to your course/degree. Promotion is very slow. Very less professional managers in terms of speaking, guiding you or taking the best out of you. Job security is also a problem. HR department is very weak here. They will listen to ur problems but won't be able to act on it. Job rotation is very less. So, less growth and less learning.

Nothing much except salary & medicals covering parents too.

Poor , insecure & immature people at leadership positions, take things personally..certain maturity comes with age only. Poor HR appraisal policies, nothing left for you if C grade..which means consistent btw..no shares ,affets past 3 years shares too, no variables, no incentives..60% ought to get C as per bell curve.Only selected favored get all the extra perks.Rampant nepotism & favouritism. Too much paperwork, ppt in name of safety..for actual safety , no one cares..impractical approach.. No experienced person in middle hierarchy..after 18 years..probably 4- 5 years subordinates. No job security or preservation of self respect or respect & trust to employees..if you age beyond 40..better to leave it or be ready to get fired or serve below juniors. All in all, not at all a company worthy to stay for long..it will spoil your outlook of public trust & cooperation..continuous stress..you will get certain medical issues here for sure.

Everything!! Long working hours…overtime. 6 day work week… No great skill develops Highly abusive and aggressive culture. Manager screams badly and uses abusive words. Very very difficult to choose workplace of ur choice. Unhygienic food and poor drinking water across plant and living quarters. Even basic requirements for survival aren’t that good. You can see rats near the canteen. Very dirty washroom in plants. Life is like a Hell here!!!
