i am 8 year work with csr +HzL+vedanta+ foundation but no any facility, pF , suddanly remove my team and myself . no future safe in this company policy .politics very high level

Tbh, as far as job security is concerned this is the best place to work out there. Salary & other benefits are really great. As Appreciation is missing in here, so morale gets down even after giving 100%.

Appreciation is missing, seniority complex is high that could really take a mental toll in here. And also would put you out in a irritated mood most of the time

Working at Zinc buisness is good as salary compared to market is good, company is having good profit. It is cash rich company however culture is pathetic.

Organization needs to more focus on buisness and skills development. All things are done with respect to branding but nothing concrete. Employee are demotivated. 1 out of 3 want to change the company. All employer surveys are not showing actual issues with company culture.

Job profile, job rotation is poor, can't take work place of your choice, salary is average, work life balance poor, skill development poor, job security poor, no vision of company for employees improvement and satisfaction

...lagship programs, driving new projects, leading cross functional segments etc. The pay package is handsome & equally appealing. Further, HZL is a performance driven organization and has additional policies as well to incentivise its employees. With ample opportunities round the year, employees are driven to achieve the goals.

Dislikes

The work culture is the backbone of all organisations & this is pretty weak in HZL. With negligible or zero work life balance and long working hours, the attrition rate usually remains very high. It has an extremely toxic workplace environment too, with senior management majorly driving office politics.
