There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Work pressure is high in SK mines dont know about the other units, locations are too remote, Salary is not definite it gets changes month to month and you can’t guess the salary. R&D is too poor.

Everyhing except the pay no work life balance no quality time .You would have to do double shifts in case

Because of high mechanized mine in India there is too much for learning and also company provides good compensation.

There is poor management and poor HR policies. Development and growth stops after some time and it becomes stable for many years. Along with work culture is extreme poor.

...curity what so ever. Most of people recruited from nits and IITs are laid off. They will try to attract you with salary but only 50% CTC you'll get in-hand. You'll have to work 12hrs for 6days in a week. And working in plants has health concerns. Average lead contant in blood in employees is 70gpl and it should not exceed above 10 for anyone.
