1.) Safety standards level is good (but getting impractical nowadays) , expenditure on safety is good. 2.) Medical insurance for dependant parents free, term insurance free too. 3.) Flexible timings & leaves adjustments.

...mpathatic. 2.) Very bad appraisal system , Curse to get a C 'consistent' grade..all share benefits, yearly variables ( major chunk in salary ctc ) , incentives, promotions etc will nullify, even past shares will become zero too, you will never be able to be recruited back to organisation.Bad HR policies. 3.) Culture is very bad , nepotism & favouritism has overshadowed technical accumen, many incentives always goto the favoured few, no empathy between mgmt & workers now.Every penny you earn as salary will be reminded to you every now & then by senior mgmt as if granted to you as a favour beyond your calibre. Always say YES' & by EOD' culture is forced without due discussions or considerations. 4.) Very stressfull environment at job, Zero job Security !! ...Mark my words, the more you stay here the chances to get disposed or laid off increase manyfolds.Chances to get retire or work honorably in late years are scarce to none.. 5.) No proper balance of experience, either 15 to 20 yrs+ or just GETs..so practically even on head positions , you are basically left with none to pass on instructions or get jobs done safely.Even you are supposed to run all day or night in case of a problem in plant as no experience people are left. 6.) None of the employees have a good image/ words for the company, everyones just looking to escape.Suffocating formalities to route a work through finance ,commercial, safety,Hr..No coordination between departments regarding policy framing or chain of approvals. 7.) Rigid management attitude to accept or introspect the cause of unrest among employees.

Everything!! Long working hours…overtime. 6 day work week… No great skill develops Highly abusive and aggressive culture. Manager screams badly and uses abusive words. Very very difficult to choose workplace of ur choice. Unhygienic food and poor drinking water across plant and living quarters. Even basic requirements for survival aren’t that good. You can see rats near the canteen. Very dirty washroom in plants. Life is like a Hell here!!!

Tbh, as far as job security is concerned this is the best place to work out there. Salary & other benefits are really great. As Appreciation is missing in here, so morale gets down even after giving 100%.

Appreciation is missing, seniority complex is high that could really take a mental toll in here. And also would put you out in a irritated mood most of the time

Organization needs to more focus on buisness and skills development. All things are done with respect to branding but nothing concrete. Employee are demotivated. 1 out of 3 want to change the company. All employer surveys are not showing actual issues with company culture.
