Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

No job security, they can fire you without any proper reason, lot of politics, bad working environment, you have to work 8 am to 8 pm or even more. Managements are not transparent. My manager take credit of my work. Overall terrible experience.

The company is good to start with. In initial years you will learn everything at ground level, which provides good amount of exposure.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but work pressure is high. Since it is a manufacturing company, health and safety of the workers and employees are sometimes at stake.

Tbh, as far as job security is concerned this is the best place to work out there. Salary & other benefits are really great. As Appreciation is missing in here, so morale gets down even after giving 100%.

Appreciation is missing, seniority complex is high that could really take a mental toll in here. And also would put you out in a irritated mood most of the time

Working at Zinc buisness is good as salary compared to market is good, company is having good profit. It is cash rich company however culture is pathetic.

Organization needs to more focus on buisness and skills development. All things are done with respect to branding but nothing concrete. Employee are demotivated. 1 out of 3 want to change the company. All employer surveys are not showing actual issues with company culture.
