No briefing, no documentation, no meetings about project. Only direct blaming that performance is not upto the mark.

IN this company neither the work culture is good nor is there any set timetable. Salaries are not distributed on time, and there is no provision for regular salary increments. Job security is virtually non-existent, as employees can be terminated without prior notice, and they often fail to provide the salary for the notice period. There is a significant amount of office politics in this organization, with on regard for the employee values or reputation. Employees are expected to work from home even after office hours, and in case targets are not met, salaries are withheld and there is no avenue for addressing complains.

Company ki koi policy nhi hai. Apko kbhi bhi nikal satke hai ye log or salary FNF bhi nhi dete. Logo c kam krwa kr ye log 6-6 month tak unko paise k lie ghumate hai. Job bilkul safe nhi hai yha pr. HR wale sabse jyda bekaar hai wo log apko paise nhi dege ghumate rhege hmesha kisi na kisi bat kr like a govt. Office. Anil name ka HR milega apko yaha jo chamcha hai company ka paise uske pocket c jate ho jese logo k paise kha kr betha hai. Company ka malik logo ki salary dene me rota hai kbhi bhi sign nhi krta or na kbhi employees ko convence milta hai. Admin wale khud ka Paisa lga kr office chala rahe hai bad me wo bhi rote hai rembursment k lie.

...ome after your work is completely done they called you for any important work... If you didn't received their call they will put you on hold and also hold your salary and incentives also..... This is the worst part of this company... If you are on off they will call you and ask for work if you help them to complete their work then you are very good and nice employee..

Everything. 1. No confirmation letter after completing 3 months. 2. Never salary on time. 3. Third class owner or poor management. 4. Management ego problem. 5. If you ask or say anything to the management or Senior person company instant terminate you. 6. Instead of 9 hours they took 11-12 hours on daily bases. 7. They ruined personal life. 8. HR Department is third class. They don't have any policy or if they have some few so they never follow. 9. If someone ask emergency leaves so they terminate with insult. 10. If any Senior person do their work honestly or loyalty so they fired them with illogical reasons. 11. They put unwanted pressure on the employee. 12. IT VP don't have technical knowledge but daily he interrupt and disturb everyone.
