...eached the upper grade celling, so has to work year after year with same CTC. 4. Very bad Manegement, not able to regularise pay hike even after more than 1 years. 5. And HR, they are not bothered of anything, even if any urgency they will not at all respond. 6. Here some people will get lot of benefits like free quarters etc, and others has to stay in rented house and company will not give a single rupee. There is no parity between employees in same grade and for no policy also available. 7. Health insurance is not available for junior grade employee. 8. Some old college hostel with common toilet provided to Newly joined employees accomodation purpose. Whereas Site HR stayed at lavish bunglow meant for way higher position.

Nothing, Everything is very worst..

...ployee & there is big gap between non-executive & executive employees like.. 1. Salary of non executive employees is very less with respect to executive employees 2. There is no any promotion policy or pay scale. Salery difference between each designation is very big. 3. Site HR response & behaviour is very worst & actually HR & some VPs , manager have company bungalow. 3. There is no any accommodation for living. Company provide a single small room in which three people is living. Toilet is common for six people. 4. Most of employee is working here from 4 years but they are not get promotion or salary hike. 5. Management is very bad & worst... There are so many limitation....

If you want a permanent job with salary without doing any work then this is heaven for you. If you are a local resident of Bihar then this is added advantage. No need to do any work just transfer it to others with full confidence.

Third class management. No responsibility and accountability of higher management. No guidance and support to junior staff. Unclear policies. Every thing will be transferred to juniors and they will be held responsible for it.
