There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joiness.

Company is good, no one can touch the level of the company, Team is very supportive and policies are good. Time to time they give increment and bonus, Mainly that time when whole country is sufferring the desiese of covid 19 and company will help the team and no one can losse thier job, Iam very very proud to the part of the HUL .
