HUL being a market leader is totally an employee centric Co. and puts a lot of effort in employee's welfare and development. HUL considers employees as it real assets and offers various incentives be it Financial and Non-Financial. Every Employee has atleast 1 mentor apart from his manager who guides him during his stint. The best part about HUL is the job rotation ie., after every 2-3 years employee gets to work with a differnt team &a different role - so at no point employee feels bored from his/her job and an employee becomes good at more than 1 role.

HUL offers a decent salary but the career growth is slow especially for the people who joins as an Officer/Executive/Senior Executive.

Shift time... and work culture is little good in comparison.. Teammates are so supportive , less politics

No growth ... Penny's get in increment that too once in year ..no bonus nothing.. even after working for 4 to 5 years they don't take you onrole

...l and mental pressure. Endless sleepless nights specially in Finance function. HUL pays you good salary no doubt but when I look at professional growth I found its lacking. Career guidance is missing. Personal development is taken care of at some extent.

Expense submission process very lengthy, manager does not give you a time to settle and understand the process from day 1 to give 100% sales, even management does not give you a time understand the brand, how this sales works, they want everything we knew about company policy, HR not interact properly.Skill development and training team very poor does not even know how to give a training.

Dislikes

Bureaucratic. Cannot grow here without viability at Director level. Managers have tendency to push work down and just follow up. 360 degree performance review with multiple stakeholders to be introduced instead of dependency on single manager to define your growth and success. Need more dynamic managers/ leaders who prioritize company growth beyond their growth and visibility.
