dont identifiy hurdwork person(pc).freshers is high salary10500 seniors is low salay 9500 howmany years doing work salary not increased. instentive is not given. pc how many years worked.next chance not given. grade not increased. hyper stores in heavey stock received.heavy work..fullhurd work i get 9500 small supermarket in low stack little work .there are given 10500 .HULpromotors salary 12500.insentive.2500.but pc salary 8500insenntive650 humbule request please identify hurdwork &talented person.(pc) yearly once minimum increase 300/500..workers intersted do work.

...ironment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and every year.

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees..but I am very happy to my company..

Working under one of the biggest FMCG company is so satisfying. All teammates are very supportive and supervisor is also friendly and good in nature.

One thing I never really liked is that pay is very low. It isn't worth the hard work being provided.
