I have been working for two and a half years today. Big companies are very good companies. There is a lot of demand for the product in the market. Use of Company Boss is also good. I am still working for this company today.

Healthy work atmosphere with minimum work load with good support with the management, was able to maintain work life balance

Salary part was not that satisfactory, people who are outsourced has no benefits compared to direct employees

There is no stress in this company i have been working on a contract for 11 years and i enjoy each moment in this company

Appraisal for contract people and no benefits we get that is the only thing i dislike eg in the canteen for HUL staff they pay Rs.35 for a meal wheras contract person has to pay double Rs.65 this i do not agree with and dislike.

...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good .appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joiness.
