Promotion chances is nothing and Employee Growth is very poor ..because salary structure is poor hats off ...canteen facility is very bad ...no any complain listen H R. Department....only we want ....work ....in HR department mentality is people is like Machine....Robot.....very bad practice..going on last 18 years too ...

In this panademic Covid-19, i have not received any financial support, The work is on hold but company is not paying a single penny to support. I would suggest please start the work or atleast pay some amount so we can keep or life stable.

The Company is very Good progress new innovation .And low cost productivity making employee is working hard and learn work satisfactory

Career growth is zero only for work employee salary is not satisfied amount and. Skilled Employee is only for work not getting caterer path. Only hard work get and go this is not life 90% work place Employee part-time work outside and support family why this policy this is not good

Salary is very good, ontime salary, brand value accepted all of the doctor

Expense submission process very lengthy, manager does not give you a time to settle and understand the process from day 1 to give 100% sales, even management does not give you a time understand the brand, how this sales works, they want everything we knew about company policy, HR not interact properly.Skill development and training team very poor does not even know how to give a training.

Bureaucratic. Cannot grow here without viability at Director level. Managers have tendency to push work down and just follow up. 360 degree performance review with multiple stakeholders to be introduced instead of dependency on single manager to define your growth and success. Need more dynamic managers/ leaders who prioritize company growth beyond their growth and visibility.
