... of back end works even on holidays like Sundays festival we are forced to work. They offer a very good package but they will keep on poking it. Worst culture no respect for employees, they will not ask you to resign but the manager will corner you to the core with lots of Unparliment languages.

...k here and always gain attention among my friends that I am a part of Unilever . Their Policies, Working Culture, Compensation everything I like the most. In current covid situation company is supporting us in all possible manner. Incentivising people in this situation is really very impossible task which company is doing.

In HUL there is Job security along with good salary, also very good incentive plan .. process is awesome . Regarding expenses settlement. I have seen extra benefit like mediclaim Personally experienced . Backend team is very supportive .
