Nothing it's a sub contractor company they even don't give you the salary. They are complete non technical guys. And if you completed your engineering from a decent college then never think of joining company.

Dislikes

... you as workers . They think only they have learnt all the things in this world. Even they will not give you the salary . They will only do wrong things on site.
