Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited is wonderful except Law Department. Worst human being ever or better I should say that not even human Mr HOD Law. My life has shattered just because of him as he don't want productive/output oriented employees rather he wants (SIFARISH INDIVIDUALS) for his personal works in the department.

Job security is good for employees work culture is medium and company policies is not bad

HSCL is a PSU company security is good for on roll employees but for contractual employees are not good medium work culture is not good salary is very poor for employee career growth is also slow

A good company where people can learn a lot by working for different organisations From industry to road bridge building port etc

HR is average needs to be improved especially when transfers to place other than steel plants

HSCL is really a good company. Company has a good chances of growth.

Dislikes

HSCL has a lots of retired employees, who are still working in HSCL as a contractual position. Jobs should be given to young educated employees instead of Retired employees.
