It's a good company but always in construction industry there is no longer job security.

The business of Hindustan Prefab Limited is on the lower side hence sustainability is marginalized.

HPL is known for one of the oldest A Govt. India Enterprises. But the working system and mangament still runs on tradition system which is very slow pace.

Dislikes

The company growth is very minimal and so as yours. and most of the employee working under organisation are on contractual basis though it is renewed from time to time but one can sense of termination of contract if company doesnot have work book.

Likes

Not a suitable working environment and people don't have a good working experience for big projects and there is more politics in office than work.

Dislikes

There is more politics in the company.People flatter more than doing work there.There is no scope for a sincere and hard working person to rise in this company because they don't Know to flatter.
