HPX has been sailing aimlessly from last 3 years with no vision and no CEO. Hence, there is lack of focus on bringing Business. Government like culture, focus on only attendance & internal politics. Despite backed by 3 giants, it feels likes the last bogie freight bogie of an Express train, you are just part of them but mostly ignored.

Likes

Provides exceptional work culture and flexibility. Special Thanks to the marvellous HR team, Mr. Sam & Mr. Kunal. Their efforts are just min blowing in improving & maintaining the overall work environment.

Dislikes

Few challenges in obtaining some of the crucial approvals from the management. Rest everything is great here!

Certain benefits such as medical allowance and health benefits are good.

Dislikes

Culture, management is not showing interest in venture. No ethics. Even they haven't paid annual PBP of previous year to employees who has left the organisation in August. Reason, they haven't finalized it till tat time, and they are very slow to take decision.
