What I like about this organization is the salary (which is comparatively higher than the market).

Dislikes

A lot to talk about, 1. Work culture - Terrible experience (high level of politics and managers used you for their benefits) 2. Manager behavior - Terrible, I even saw some of them just yelling at contract workers and showing no respect for them 3. Work-life balance - Way poorer, had to work 16-18 hours sometime because of rail loading/unloading

Very good work atmosphere. All the collegues are supportive.

We are getting decent salary. But atleast we need hike in salary for minimum of 3 years. Because, we all know living costs are increasing day by day.

1. No personal life. 2. Behaviour of reporting officers are very bad. 3. Worst HR. They do not do anything when an employee require them. 4. No timely growth in company. 5. Lot of politics and leg pulling. 6. Bad people gets promoted very easily. 7. No leaves. Also many times you have to work on Sunday as well. 8. You can't enjoy your personal life at all. You are expected 24 hrs working for the company. 9. There is lot of harrasment from supervisors/HRs. 10. You are usually threatened for performance rating. Your boss will decide your rating. It does not matter if you are very good at work, if you have not good relations with boss then your work for company is equals to zero. 11. Many times you have to work when your health is not good. Your supervisor will advise to take the tablets and work. 12. You will be given show cause letter for the way you sit in office even when you have hurt your leg.

Friendly colleagues, didn't experience any 'Bossing' from my seniors. My senior gave me opportunity to learn many things, gave responsibilities and gave freedom to take decisions.

...inee, but had to work in shifts, handled works which we were not supposed to do. And even worked on Sundays, overtime during audits with no extra pay. These were clear violations of Apprentice act,1961 under which I was recruited. Only reason I agreed and obeyed the orders of the Manager was becoz he was the one who was to prepare our progress report quarterly. I was expecting to get good remarks so that I might get employment opportunity in the organisation. But this training was a useless one, where I didn't get job in the same organisation or any other. Many times I saw notes in Vacancy ads mentioned as 'Apprenticeship will not be considered as Experience'. Hence I became "Skilled Unemployed". Thanks to Ministry of Skill Development, Skill India Mission.
