Rate cutting or filtration and appraisal is poor than salary effated. Wholesale market SR condition is helpless our company and our seniors. I am totally hopeless.

Company is good & every time salary given right time I have worked with company last 19+ years but much politics in North by higher sales person & isn't giving true market feedback to SGM for save his job 🤔

whenever senior taken a wrong decision against front sale force that' time company management isn't interfere like that gives me transfer on kavid period by senior but nobody listens my words which by Co. Market reputation is decrease, l have given 19+years to company. I'm not happy with management.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest tenchology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that market reliable , high-quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure and target is high. I worked alot for that but not get yealy growth satisfaction.
