...Lot of welfare and sport activities like cricket, table tennis, hockey etc. etc. Salary and dues as per government policy. Career growth depends on government policy.

...e is no team work. Training means to travel for picnic there is no seriousness. As company belongs to government there is ultimate job security and also salary as per government rule. More knowledge than job mates are not beneficial due to lot of interference and politics of associations and unions. Innovation depends on own interest. Career growth is depends on government policy. Management is not active and knowledgeable, they are only for getting benefits of government policy.

Loss making PSU, Mother Unit at Rasayani , Maharashtra closed , Kochi Unit a small capacity plant can make a turnover of maximum 600-700 crore if operated in full capacity,But salary & manpower at lethargic PSU level .No expansion possibilities due to outdated technology,so there no future for youngsters, outdated systems are using so no skill development

Third class organisational structure due low profile company nobody stays here

Mostly everything else, poor attitude towards temporary people, exploiting us in every way possible. Even though we have achieved record production, they've given us nothing but some sweets while others are getting big bonuses

Good coordinaton team efforts and sucess in comissioning new plants due to dedicated commited team work

Company could not make profits due to market conditions.Rasayani unit closed but kochi unit running in profit.
