Performance must be evaluate on actual Performance. This will help employee satisfaction more. Location transfer must be once in five year .It be be helpful for organization growth. More than 5 years in one place it will be great loss for the organization.

Working environment is good overall, but things getting changed post covid ...lot of insecurity and pressure sply in marketing and sales.also the pressure to become tech sevy is high sply with complex and irritating time consuming softwares.
