Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? My life's first job Experience at HCC, I have learning, gaining knowledge and good work experience in Mechanical. My Senior Officers and teammates are very good and supportive they thought me Maintenance of Equipments and Machines and my Responsibilities.

...ted plan worked and review time to time.Currently their financially down market. so that salary too delay all officer grade. its not manage the my depends. We are working very critical location in border and Climate atmosphere temperature -23 degree cel. complete the dam construction last year but bad condition we not getting salary timely tile time pending..
