My life's first job Experience at HCC, I have learning, gaining knowledge and good work experience in Mechanical. My Senior Officers and teammates are very good and supportive they thought me Maintenance of Equipments and Machines and my Responsibilities.

... good but Salary is poor and career growth is also slow which is disappoints me. I am working from 3 years but my salary didn't increase, I have requested many times for Salary Hike but the Management always ignore it.

Poor working environment. You will be treated like a servant. There are SALARY DELAYS up to 5 months. Salary is substandard. After 3 years you still will feel like the day you joined. No growth. Working here will damage your career.
