There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

The company is support to you for any king of innovation.site but on site salary is completely dependant on your project billing..I observed that staff of this company come from any culture and reason from India &abroad.that is good sign for company development &future..

Salary is totally dependant on project billing process...this process should be from head office. Company's management support highly needed when project suffer from financially& morally..

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love hindustan construction company.

Compensation decent & growth is very fast.the work pressure is very smoothly. Sometimes I have work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the only duty time. And manager always value of staff for strength .

The company gives me a lot of scope to improve myself. I really learned how to motivate clients and also my behaviour. I am really great to be the part of HCC. I also got chance to learn a lot from the Raumbol the advising team from Denmark who give the drawing to NFR.Training facility is also good inHCC.

Dislikes

...cy work. Generally i have to attend the meetings and back to room at late night. As per work salary is not suitable.
