SAP system, is very excellent. No staff welfare i.e. each staff has to work min. 12 hrs. Only E cadre staff can have any type of snacks whereas others wont get . ie. You can have tea or coffee 3 times.

Dislikes

Several months salary delayed. Old employees like Project Director's level are looting the company but acting as very strict in front of junior staff

...People don't accept new employees. Systems are outdated. Management is snobbish. Most important - They don't pay salaries on time. FNFs are cleared after one year. No job security.

Teammates, training, job security, salary emoluments are good.

Compensation is good, but growth is slow. The work pressure is average. Sometimes during Board Meeting times, I have to work for more hours in preparing Board Meeting papers, Committee Meeting papers and other secretarial work pertaining to the meetings. I did received computer training from the Company. Overall the working climate, department colleagues. boss are very good

Salary Not on time, Personal department manager is non technical at there work leads to poor management, 8.0 am to 9.0 pm 13 hrs working leads to non productive working, Some manager takes high salary with non productive working leads to create pressure on juniors, Some higher authority staff are non technical with poor knowledge, asking about leave to personal department manager is headache, Charges for canteen facilities are high.

...esation regarding the job. Great corporation from the officeres for good works . Best salary for efficient working employees. When compared to other construction fioeld this company is a standered one in the world.
