No training module for new joiners Very high expectations from bosses Alternative Saturday working Longer working hours Old school working culture and management thinks scolding is the only way to getting work done they do it with every employee. No value for young talent no appreciation, not recommended for young people. Good for people for age group of above 45 or who can work like typical workers.

Worst company ever seen. Bad politics. Company don't want to grow up. Old people retire but still working. There is no scope for new people here.
