I am very satisfied in this company. job security is very important for any employees so i know that job security is here. work culture is too good in this company.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. the work pressure is very high. I have to work 12-16 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late in to the night. Managers do not value and individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals. Also there s no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

Good company I think company is not suitable word for HCCBPL Its a great institutions for professional life, you will earn so munch of life time experience in this organization.

Salary and appraisals is not to good but utter benefits is so good

Best organisation for work. Good working culture and good company for hard worker. Good salary appraisal and having job security. Best knowledge within different large functions and enrich with great knowledge.

Having very much work pressure for sales numbers on daywise.if you like achievers then you will be the winners.

...the incentive and no sallary deduction. After all company policies are so good. Appraisal are fair and give bonus every year.

Company give egual opportunity according to their performance but in some case we have to suffer due to egoistic and tradition mentality of some senior Coligue. In some case they become the speed breaker.
