As I work in TGF, Hyderabad green field plant 1. Work culture is worst 2. Office politics is utter worst 3. Hectic work schedule 4. Unplaned work schedule and methods 5. No management support 6. No flexibility in taking Leaves.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...s nd There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I like very much about working schedule i.e. working hours, response of the organization , canteen facilities, salary & increments. Overall I satisfied a lot in the Coca Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd.
