HCCBPL is an very good MNC comapany and it is the top no 1 beverages company across the world. and it always provides a advanced technology and gave better vision, it is very clear about to achive our targets within the specific periods. The team co-ordination from top level to bottom is very good. The implementation and following the 5S concept in office and as well as in shop floor is very significant. Coming to the quality aspect, there are so many kinds of testion and inspections of the products from begins to final stage. A result, it is a name for high quality product among the customers. The company provides all the safety needs and take care of the safety of employees. Regularly conduct the skill compitation test and training to improve our skills and motivate them in a positive manner.

Dislikes

Politics is the only thing i dislike the most in this company and salary varience and grading system also has problems, there is a huge salary difference between same employees for same works and experience.
