...ially Brahmin, don't spoil your career by joining here, it's a dead end trap. 3. Salary not upto market standards with 3% increment per year which doesn't beat inflation too. 4. Many undeserving people got promoted to leadership positions with the help of reservation in promotion too, that's leadership itself is not capable of leading the company in right direction. 5. Don't fall into trap of job security as very soon the company environment is changing to private standards. That's y be in private and focus on learning rather than be in a Zombieland. 6. In this era of automation, they are following strict timings and no flexibility whatsoever just because of management inefficiency. 7. 6 days working with the feel of labour standards.

...agement is transparent .There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
