Sometimes,the work load is very high and tasks become repetitive with time..There is no work life balance. You might feel lost in the crowd and it is hard to feel the impact of your contribution to such a huge company.

Lacks in marketing. Salary must be at par with global standard as aerospace professional are highly paid all across the globe.

The organisation is great.but which employee warking their through vendor company , vendor company not given proper salary according to work load.and not provided facilities likes HAL employees

No job security of contract employee and not fixed salary scale parameters

...nagement is transparent.there is a hug cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiliing. company policies are good,appraisals are fair and the give good salary hike and bonus every year

Very good platform for start up career. Out of academic we can learn so many things. Everything based on willingness. Technology wise no one can tell bad about this company. It's a pride of the Nation. Work environment will be nice. 7 AM to 3 PM is an usual working day so we can utilize time very well for other activities also. Here so many people are waiting to identify your extreme skill. They will guide you in real time problems.

Dislikes

As usual politics will be here. They will not provide good pay for trainees. We have to struggle but it will improve the managing ability.
