The company is Aeronautics based. I love a fact about company that seriours have friendly behaive. Company have high quality plane has global area work. I did my work as a scheduler. I like every employee nature, we did work happily with each other.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Company have many orders but no one wants to do work properly. Company have no future for private sector employees.

Very good platform for start up career. Out of academic we can learn so many things. Everything based on willingness. Technology wise no one can tell bad about this company. It's a pride of the Nation. Work environment will be nice. 7 AM to 3 PM is an usual working day so we can utilize time very well for other activities also. Here so many people are waiting to identify your extreme skill. They will guide you in real time problems.

As usual politics will be here. They will not provide good pay for trainees. We have to struggle but it will improve the managing ability.
