It is one of great defence industry in our Country,. I fill very proud my self to working here. Job security for contractual labour is average,if management should improve on this work I think it is the best company in the country and in the World also.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...ed the staff including me are assigned to go for necessary training on the job . The staff are promoted on time scale promotion from time to time and the salary is given as per the Government guide lines.

Lot of politics in promotion ie: to say if you are Yes master to your higher officer ,you will get everything.

Its a good learning platform. It gives lot of knowledge Good Food for Bachelors Good timings and holidays For those who want to work for them plenty of work and those who don't want to work they can relax

Pay scale is very poor compared to corporates especially for youngsters Promotion potential is very less especially youngsters Many old generation who may not accept your suggestions easily Government behavior of boss.

Lacks in marketing. Salary must be at par with global standard as aerospace professional are highly paid all across the globe.
