Lacks system & process, most of the tasks are manual. Redundant work. No job security. Company doesn’t provide opportunities within the organisation for skill development and learning. No additional benefits like free meal, no transportation, no diwali gift or sweets, no WFH.

...n as a external that too only few clients. If not then bench is the only option. If you will be on bench for long term in year then no hike, they gave rating 2 with no change in ctc. Graduate engineer trainee are on bench from more then a year. No scope for trainee as client also wants experience candidate.

Salary is good and issues handled by Project manager are OK. I think company has to think about improving allowances for employees located at client locations.

Dislikes

Company has to think about giving consistent appraisal to its employees instead waterfall in one go. Improve onsite allowances for the employees.
